This Inservice Module is one in a Series of training programs developed by CoHealth (SM), www.cohealth.org, for staff in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and residential settings, and those who deliver services to older adults through home health and home care agencies. The Series focuses on important continuing education topics for all caregivers who work with older adults. Each Module is comprised of a Lesson Plan, Presenter Notes, a Quiz, and Handouts. The Modules can help meet the CE requirements for nurses, nursing assistants, social services, activities, rehab staff, and other direct care workers in these settings, in addition to helping to develop the knowledge and skills needed to improve the care of their patients.
